Delete your Trabajo Rapido account

You can request permanent deletion of your account from the app or from this page. This action cannot be undone.

Trabajo Rapido is an app by OlyviaLabs. This page lets you request deletion of your Trabajo Rapido account and its associated data, without signing in.

What we delete or unlink

  • Your sign-in and profile data, including your name, email, phone number, description, location, photo and résumé.
  • Your skills, tags, preferences, notifications, applications and other activity linked to your profile.
  • Personal content you posted is deleted or anonymized. Companies and listings managed only by you are deactivated and unlinked from your identity.

Data we must retain temporarily

We may retain, in blocked form and unlinked from your public profile, internal identifiers, dates and the minimum transaction records needed for legal, accounting and tax obligations, fraud prevention, claims or disputes. We retain them only for the period required for those purposes and do not reuse them for advertising or recommendations.

If you have funds on hold or an approved transaction in progress, you must finish or cancel it first. This protects both your money and the other person's money.

How to request deletion

From the app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Read the information and confirm deletion.

From the web

  1. If you are signed in, use the deletion button below.
  2. If you are signed out, enter your account email to request a link.
  3. Open the email link and press Confirm deletion. Opening the link alone does not delete anything.

Request a link by email

We will send a confirmation link if an active account is associated with the email.

For security, you will see the same confirmation whether or not an account exists for this email.
