What the service is

Trabajo Rapido is a platform that connects people offering work or a service with people looking for one.

We are not an employer, a placement agency, or a party to the agreements users reach between themselves. We take no part in the negotiation, we do not guarantee that any job will go ahead, and we are not answerable for the quality, safety or legality of what is offered.

Verifying the identity, ability, permits and references of the other party is each user's own responsibility.

Who may use it

You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding obligations.

You need an account in order to publish or apply. You are responsible for the information you register, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Tell us at hi@olyvia.io immediately if you detect unauthorised use.

User obligations

In using the service you undertake to: provide accurate information; comply with applicable law; not introduce viruses, harmful code or any other disabling device; not interfere with or disrupt the platform or the networks and equipment supporting it; not attempt to gain improper access to systems connected to the service; and not use it to send unsolicited mail or material for mass distribution.

Nor may you publish discriminatory, misleading or unlawful content, impersonate another person, or offer work involving activities prohibited by law.

Breaching these obligations is sufficient grounds for suspending or cancelling your access, without prejudice to any other available remedies.

Content you publish

The content you publish remains yours. By publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the service, for the sole purpose of operating and promoting it.

We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law, and suspend the accounts that publish it.

Payments

Some features of the service are paid. Prices are shown before you confirm the transaction and include applicable taxes.

Charges are handled by an external payment provider. We do not store the full details of your payment method.

Where a paid service is not delivered, we will apply the refund that corresponds under consumer protection law.

Availability and limitation of liability

The service may contain omissions or inaccuracies, and access to it may from time to time be delayed or interrupted for scheduled or unscheduled reasons.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olyvia Labs S.A. de C.V. makes no express, implied or statutory warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Olyvia Labs S.A. de C.V. accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions, or for the consequences of relying or acting upon information available through the service or through third-party sites reached from it.

In no event will Olyvia Labs S.A. de C.V. be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or special damages arising out of your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

None of the above limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Mexican law, including consumer protection law.

Links to other websites

The service includes links to other websites, provided for convenience and information only, and not as any endorsement or recommendation.

Information available on those sites may carry restrictions on its use or distribution, which each user should make themselves aware of. We have neither developed nor reviewed their content and make no warranty as to its accuracy, usefulness or timeliness.

Intellectual property

Information available on the service is owned by Olyvia Labs S.A. de C.V., or licensed or controlled by it, or belongs to third parties who have authorised its use.

Trademarks, trade names, logos and other identifying features that do not belong to Olyvia Labs S.A. de C.V. are the property of their respective owners.

Information may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorised use may violate copyright law, trademark law, the law of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations.

We do not permit unauthorised linking to or framing of the service. We reserve the right to disable any unauthorised link or frame, and accept no responsibility for information available on other sites as a result of such activity.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olyvia Labs S.A. de C.V., its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim or loss arising out of or related to: a) your non-compliance with these terms; or b) any third-party actions related to your use of the information, whether authorised or unauthorised.

Suspension and termination

We use tools to monitor traffic on the service in order to identify unauthorised attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise damage its integrity.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service, with or without notice, either generally or with respect to one or more particular IP addresses or sites, and to pursue all available remedies for any violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect on publication to this page, and where they are substantial we will tell you by email or inside the app before they apply.

If any clause is declared invalid, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remainder.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico City, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For their interpretation and performance, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
